Taking care of your legs & limiting the feeling of heavy legs in autumn

With the end of the season well under way, it's important to adapt the care we provide to the change in weather.

With our way of living, we frequently oscillate between overheated interiors, transport and cold and/or rainy exteriors.

How to prevent and treat heavy legs
