What do you have to eat?

Here is some advice:

1
Eating a healthy diet

Don't neglect proteins: a Protein deficiency affects the stages of Scarring. You must take it with every meal.
Choose foods that are a source of zinc, Far and vitamins.

A dose of good carbohydrates to help the body fight inflammation (floury, grains, pulses).

A dose of lipids rich in Vitamin E and Omega 3 and 6 participate in the formation of skin cells and improve its quality (rapeseed oil, wheat germ, nuts, eggs, oily fish).

And a healthy dose of Vegetables and fruit for vitamins (orange rich in vitamin A, green vegetables rich in vitamins E, omegas 3 and red vegetables rich in flavonoids).
2
Looking after your skin's surface

To help the skin's surface, you can use Relax isotonic Which, without perfume or preservatives and rich in seawater, will provide the minerals and trace elements necessary for good metabolic reactions (zinc, iron, magnesium, silicon).

Applying it morning and evening to the scar(s) will help reduce inflammation and promote cell regeneration.

Depending on the area and the state of the scar, it may also be possible to apply the Circulate This is a mistletoe and seawater treatment to promote blood circulation.
