The decrease in light intensity, the shorter and rainier days, and the return to routine after the summer holidays can affect our mood, which in turn impacts our body and, by extension, our skin…

This is what I want to talk to you about today, as it seems more important than ever to’Mind-body connection in a single drive to experience complete and lasting well-being while protecting oneself from health problems.

Seawater could be one of your most valuable allies in this…

Skin, an emunctory organ sensitive to stress

I had already mentioned it to you in previous posts, The skin is an organ like any other. She is one of the 5 main excretory organs – lungs, liver, intestines, kidneys – which allow for the regulation of toxin elimination (through waste removal), but she also has the function of protecting our entire body.

Its primary role is to provide an effective barrier against both viruses and germs, and the weather (allowing us to regulate heat and better to oxygenate skin cells).

To do this job perfectly, it is of course necessary that it is in good health.
